Another It Ends With Us star has brought forward allegations against Justin Baldoni amid his ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively.
Isabela Ferrer, who played a younger version of Lively’s character Lily Bloom in the film, has accused Baldoni and his associates of acting “inappropriately” towards her
Isabela Ferrer’s Claims Against Justin Baldoni
The claim comes after she received a subpoena from Lively’s counsel as part of the ongoing legal battle, according to court documents.
Ferrer’s lawyers said the actress asked Baldoni’s Wayfarer Studios to cover her legal fees, as outlined in her movie contract. But according to them, the company responded that she would need to “relinquish control of her response to the Lively subpoena to Wayfarer” before they would agree to pay.
In the court documents, her lawyers allege that “From that point forward, Baldoni has tried to manipulate, threaten, control and otherwise act inappropriately towards Ms. Ferrer.”
In the filing, they also alleged that Baldoni’s motion is “yet another attempt to manipulate the press, to create havoc on a young, up-and-coming and talented actress and to violate this Court’s policies on the publishing of non-party personally identifying information.”
“”Ms. Ferrer has already had to resist Baldoni’s inappropriate conduct in connection with her response to the Lively Subpoena.”

Has Justin Baldoni Responded To The Claims?
No, at the time of writing this piece neither Baldoni nor Lively have addressed the new accusations despite multiple news outlets approaching them for comment.
What’s The Latest Update With The Blake Lively & Justin Baldoni’s Case
In a separate but related development, Blake Lively achieved a major legal victory. On August 8, 2025, U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman ordered that her nearly 300-page deposition transcript be removed from the public court docket. The court found that Baldoni’s team included it as part of what appeared to be a strategy to generate public scandal, rather than for any legitimate legal necessity.
The judge criticized Baldoni’s move as abusive and unnecessary, emphasizing the importance of fairness, transparency, and protection of the litigants’ privacy.
The trial for Blake Lively’s original sexual harassment lawsuit (against Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios) remains scheduled for March 2026.
